It's been a week since our last dinner and we just realized that we never told you about Håvard who did the cooking. Well, we can tell you that he made some delicious jalopeno muffins and that he brought his grandfathers recipe for a strong and fresh Margerita. The dessert was a smooth and creamy coconut flan (our mouths water, just thinking about it). It was so good that we're actually cooking it again on Sunday, when we're hosting a small vegetarian dinner in Helsinki. If you understand  Norwegian, you can make the lovely flan as well.
